TriathlonBC is produced and distributed annually in March and December, and delivered to individual members and households. Our publication is also distributed at select race events and supplied to sport retailers across the province!

GOING DIGITAL! Adopting new technology, TriathlonBC has gone digital in 2007! Two of our four annual issues (June and August) are produced in an electronic format and delivered directly to the inbox of thousands of multisport enthusiasts. submit articles and photos to the newsmagazine;

Please email all correspondence, including articles, ads, press releases, event notices, information on activities, and other announcements in Word, Excel, HTML, text or Publisher formats.

Submission Deadlines for 2008:

February 8th for the Spring (March) print issue
May 1st for the Summer (June) eNews issue
July 15th for the Fall (August) eNews issue
November 1st for the Winter (December) print issue

General Guidelines:

Minor articles may not exceed 250 words.
Feature articles may not exceed 750 words.
“Spell-check” is mandatory.
Ensure articles are proofread for grammatical errors prior to submission.
Absolutely no vulgar or obscene language will be permitted.
Original photos may be mailed to the Editor and will be returned unscathed .

LOW RESOLUTION GRAPHICS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Guidelines for Race Reports/Previews:

Article may not exceed 250 words
Eliminate unnecessary details
Articles will be published based on the:
- quality of writing
- interest of article to general membership
- timeliness

Editorial Rights of Triathlon BC, Triathlon BC retains the right to:

Edit articles to fit space requirements;
Edit articles for errors in spelling and grammar;
Omit material deemed inappropriate by the Editorial Board.

Notes:

Submission of an article does not guarantee publication. Space restrictions prevent the publishing of all articles.
Articles previously published may not be edited if requested by the author.
Feature authors are encouraged to include contact information (phone / e-mail) with their submissions.
