Are you between the ages of 14-23 and looking to improve your racing skills this year? Spend your first week of spring break swimming, biking, running, practicing transition skills and learning how to plan for your optimal racing season. Taking place in Victoria between March 18-22, this camp promises to provide you with key elements in creating a successful racing season.

What can you expect?

This camp is designed to be 5 full days (9am-4:00pm) of skill acquisition and seminar sessions.  Starting with a skill assessment, each athlete will work with trained coaches throughout the week, and will have acquired some key racing skills upon conclusion.

A number of seminar sessions are also planned.  These sessions include race tactics, nutrition, age-specific strength routines, motivation and season planning.

All training swim sessions and seminars will be conducted at Saanich Commonwealth Place.  Cycling workouts will be conducted on the roads in the surrounding community (mostly rural), and the running workouts will be conducted at the nearby Elk Lake.

Where can I stay?

Every effort is made to accommodate out of town athletes with home stay options but these are limited so please register and request for home stay by March 8, 2019. If home stays are unavailable, accommodation at the nearby Howard Johnson Hotel, which is a 2-minute walk to the Commonwealth Pool is an option.
