Triathlon BC will be conducting the second round of strength and conditioning assessments for all athletes on the CSIP carding list and provincial, performance-oriented athletes on November 17, 2018 (TBC) at Fortius Sport & Health in Burnaby.
The purpose for the follow up assessments, after the initial testing performed in February, is to mitigate gaps in performance, including range of motion and strength and muscle activation, providing a robust foundation for the athletes leading to the 2019 season.
