On February 27 and 28, join expert panelists and current and former athletes as they come together to launch three, one-hour sessions.  The topics are Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport and the importance of female periods, a vital sign of health. Power, what abuse of power looks like, and how to harness your own power. Finally, the third session discusses understanding and embracing failure on the journey in sport. Together the stories shared, and the stories created, are about being resilient in sport.

The topics are introduced by experts. The stories from athletes will encourage, lift up and give power to girls and women in sport, with a goal to build a community of athletes that share dreaming big, and in being your best in sport––over the long-term.

Young women, between the ages 13-23 can ask questions, be inspired and if needed, directed to additional resources.
