Are you between the ages of 14-23 and looking to improve your racing skills this year? Spend your first week of spring break swimming, biking, running, practicing transition skills and learning how to plan for your optimal racing season with Triathlon BC. Triathlon BC is hosting a peformance focused Spring Break Camp in Victoria and we want you to join us!
What can you expect?
Our Spring Break Camp is designed to be 5 full days (9am-4:00pm) of skill acquisition and seminar sessions. Starting with a skill assessment, each athlete will work with trained coaches throughout the week, and will have acquired some key racing skills upon conclusion.
A number of seminar sessions are also planned. These sessions include race tactics, nutrition, age-specific strength routines, motivation and season planning.
All training swim sessions and seminars will be conducted at Saanich Commonwealth Place. Cycling workouts will be conducted on the roads in the surrounding community (mostly rural), and the running workouts will be conducted at the nearby Elk Lake.
