Honouring the Heart and Soul of Multisport right across the Province

Behind every start line, every finish, and every athlete’s success story are the dedicated volunteers who make it all possible. These are the coaches, officials, race directors, and community leaders who give their time, passion, and energy to ensure our sport thrives, from the small town community events, on through to the events that excite the world.  It’s time to celebrate these special individuals — the people who keep multisport in BC strong, inclusive, and inspiring.

The Power of Volunteers

Volunteers are the lifeblood of multisport in BC — their enthusiasm and commitment fuel every event, program, and athlete’s journey. From teaching first-time athletes to coordinating major events, their impact is felt across every finish line.

  • Coaches — Mentors who shape athletes and build confidence both on and off the course.
  • Club Board Members — The organizational masterminds who keep clubs running smoothly.
  • Officials — Champions of fairness, integrity, and sportsmanship.
  • Race Directors — Visionaries who bring events to life and create unforgettable race experiences.
  • Race Course Volunteers — The smiling faces on course who guide athletes, hand out water, cheer from the sidelines, and keep every race safe and enjoyable.
