Building on the incredible success of our first swim Clinic at Kits Beach, our second Clinic with 4-time Olympian, Olympic Bronze Medalist and World Champion, Brent Hayden offers an afternoon of immersive swim coaching at the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
Multisport athletes will get in the water with one of Canada’s most celebrated Olympians to learn the secrets to Brent’s core principles to high performance, minimizing resistance and maximizing propulsion, to swim faster with fewer strokes and get ahead of the pack. Techniques that Brent has developed over a lifetime of pursing excellence at the world level.
This 3 hour clinic promises to be fun with a dynamic, hands-on learning environment, empowering participants with new skills that they can readily employ this season and beyond.
