Triathlon BC is pleased to announce that the 2025 BC Duathlon Championships and World Championship Duathlon & Aquathlon Qualifiers, originally scheduled to take place at the Elk Lake Triathlon, will now be hosted at the Cultus Lake Triathlon.

Due to the cancellation of the Elk Lake event, Triathlon BC, together with the Dynamic Racing Events team, has worked quickly to ensure that athletes still have the opportunity to compete for a provincial title and earn their spot on Team Canada in time for the 2026 World Championships. We’re excited to bring these prestigious events to the Cultus Lake Triathlon, a course known for its scenic beauty and fast, fun racing.

Key Details:

• Registration is now open — space is limited.

• Provincial duathlon titles and age group World Qualifier spots are up for grabs.

• Athletes wishing to represent Canada at the 2026 World Championships must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) must be received PRIOR to racing.
• EOI open approximately 3 weeks before race day.
