With most qualification events in the books, only three opportunities remain on the calendar to punch your ticket. Whether you excel on the road, in the water, or on the trails, here is where you can make your final bid for age-group glory:

How Age-Group Qualification Works
- Automatic & Roll-Down Spots: Age-group qualifying spots are awarded based on your finishing position relative to other Triathlon Canada members in your age bracket.
- Expression of Interest: You must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) with Triathlon Canada prior to race start to be eligible for a qualifying spot.
- Membership Required: Ensure your Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) and Triathlon Canada memberships are fully active before crossing the start line.
